you & me & everyone we love

I made it to the You & Me & Everyone We Know Night Market, and it was magical.  Thanks to Marcii and Adele for organising it, and to all our supporters.  The market has such a lovely atmosphere, not least because it is held at one of my favourite places in Cape Town, the Labia.  Since Reuben's birth I haven't been out much, and I really enjoyed visiting one of my old haunts again after all this time.  Reuben baby was fascinated by all the lights and people, remind me to take him on more of these outings!

From all of us at Hello Again,we thank you for your support throughout the year and we wish you a wonderful Christmas, if you are celebrating, and if not, have a great holiday!

We will be closed on Christmas Day, open until 1pm on Monday the 27th, and closed on New Years Day, but it will be business as usual on the days in between.

Yesterday I met our newest staff member, Tecla. I hope you will have the privilege of being served by her, she's really cool and oh so pretty. She's a freelance journalist who's written about almost everything, but her big passion is music journalism. Au revoir Savagely Stephen

At the end of November we bid farewell to our golden boy, Stephen Savage.  For two and a half years he has been Tobie's right hand man at Fittees.  He was the first point of contact for all wholesale customers and suppliers, and of course us Hello Again girls could just pick up the phone when we needed anything, and he would deliver.  He is a master at juggling orders, telephone calls, emails, customers, Boss Man and the factory. Not just a pretty face.  We were so lucky to have someone like him, who really got what the business is all about and wore the clothes with pride.

He's off to finally go and be with his lovely Jessica in America, and we will sorely miss him.

Stephen, you are worth your weight in gold and we wish you great success in the US.  Stay in touch Sunshine Boy. xxx
